By January 1st, 2nd Chance Indiana will be debuting an online catalog of apprenticeships, certifications, and educational opportunities for reentrants across the state of Indiana, as well as a greatly expanded database of second-chance employers in the state. These opportunities will increase the earning potential of our men and women who want a better life, and are willing to work for it.
